I just wanted to give you an update…
I’m doing really well! I had a great break through with my mom! She asked why none of her daughters had marriages that lasted and I shared with her some things from my upbringing that contributed to my communication issues and inability to make myself vulnerable to a partner. It was a great conversation that freed up a lot of space in me.
I also started dating a new guy and have separated emotionally from my ex.
The business is thriving!

Thank you so much for helping me these last few years. Your wisdom and guidance helped me figure a lot of things out. You are a really gifted therapist and I am grateful for you. I think about you often and the tools you gave me to be stronger and more secure and happy with myself.

Thank you and your office staff for helping me after my recent car accident. Years ago I suffered severe panic disorder with agoraphobia from a near accident and struggled to drive for several years afterwards. When I was in this recent accident I was worried that it would undo all the progress I had made and cause the severe anxiety to reoccur. I spoke with someone a few days after the accident and had an appointment within a few days and Lexi helped me to process this accident in a healthy manner that prevented any major lasting effects.

year or so and your therapy & counseling tips. They have helped me greatly since then and I am doing fabulous for the most part. I’m sorry I ended kind of abruptly but I wanted you to
